PRICES
All prices shown exclude VAT. Parcels being sent outside of the Channel Islands under £18.00 will not have the VAT added but any parcel being sent outside of the Channel Islands that are over £18.00 will have VAT added which will be clearly visible on your invoice.

STOCK
Due to my philosophy of keeping print runs low, items will be changed and updated regularly so it may be a case of the early bird gets the worm! There may also occasionally be times when an item is temporarily unavailable in which case I will let you know the expected delivery date.

DELIVERY
All goods will be despatched within 10 days of receiving your order. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post recorded, which will require a signature on delivery. I am happy to send most pieces to all international destinations however sending an original pastel in the post is not really an option. I will advise you of the delivery cost before despatch as these are determined by weight so will vary according to the order.

PAYMENT
I can accept payment by cheque or credit card, of which I accept visa, mastercard, switch and solo. Please note that it is not secure to send your credit card details via email so please telephone the details through on 01534 853634. Cheques should be made payable to Kathy Rondel and sent to me at the following address No 1 Castle Green Apartments, La Route de la Cote, St Martin, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE3 6DR

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order I am happy to accept returns. Please advise me by email or telephone within 10 days of receipt of the goods. You will be refunded once I have received the goods providing they are in the same condition in which they were sent. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returns.

MISCELLANEOUS
Whilst every effort is made to reproduce the exact basic colours in photos on the site, there may be slight differences due to the digital process involved.
